TERMS
- A 25% deposit is required to reserve an animal for longer than 48 hrs.
- All deposits are non-refundable unless the order cannot be fulfilled.
- Financing is available.
- Animals must be paid in full before they will be shipped.
- Payment methods accepted: email money transfers, direct deposit, money orders, certified cheques, and Pay-Pal.
- Live arrival is always guaranteed; although, I do reserve the right to delay shipment pending weather conditions. In the unlikely event that an animal is dead on arrival, I must be notified immediately and the snake must be shipped back to me within 48 hours. I will return the purchase price of the animal only if the snake cannot be replaced. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Buyer must pick up the animals within two hours of arrival at the airport to satisfy the conditions of the live arrival guarantee.
- Shipping will be done through an appropriate air line.
- Health concerns must be addressed a maximum of two weeks after receiving the animal(s). This includes proper sexing.
- International orders are welcome.
